History
In February 2002, Western Washington Center for the Arts (formerly First Onstage Productions) began renovation of our current home -- a 1918-historic building on the Port Orchard waterfront -- creating a 78-seat venue for live theatre. Our mission is to present, preserve and promote the arts, especially the theatre arts. One part of our vision is to help make Port Orchard and the Kitsap Peninsula a destination for tourism. |

Tax deductible contribution
We are a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit corporation and donations to us are tax deductible. Ticket sales do not cover all expenses and we rely on our patrons to support us by attending plays through season subscriptions, as well as by encouraging their friends to become patrons - and sometimes by monetary gifts.
